Hope For Japan!

I haven’t posted in weeks! Sorry about that, I guess I was caught up in civilization. Okay, let’s talk about Japan! I’ve sure that you have heard of the disasters that have happened in Japan. The earthquake, the tsunami, the nuke exploding. I know that Japan has had a history of earthquakes, of course- I’m just surprised that this is the largest one that Japan has ever experienced… ever. It’s fascinating, but oh-so tragic. I’m sure that you guys have heard of that “text this word to this number to donate 10$ to Japan”. I’m thinking of talking my parents into it. And I’m pretty sure that I saw (on the news) a phrase that said, ”This disaster is worse that WWII”. Whoa! I didn’t think that was possible.

Puppies! Puppies! Puppies!

We just love them around here! So, I thought I’d introduce you to MY puppies, Louie and Armand. (I didn’t name them, or have a say in naming them.. for that matter.) Armand (Ar-mond) is the white one, and Louie (Loo-eee) is the brownish, grayish, off white one.

My apologies for why I haven’t been posting. It’s a mix between homework, sleepiness, and just being plain lazy. But now, I gotta focus. Why? Because tonight my school is having a winter concert, and I’m scared. I wouldn’t be, but seeming we are lacking the amount of rehearsal. So, I know some lyrics, but not many. Ugh, PLEASE wish me luck! I really don’t wanna mess up.

I’ve been so stressed out lately.

Which is probably why I haven’t been posting. Yeah.. sorry about that. I’ve had a really bad start to February. I can’t wait for MCAS to be over, and school, and winter, or any cold weather. There are too many conflicts going right now. It’s hard to find help.

But you know what does help? Lomography!

Well, it’s just Monday.

The title says it all. It’s just Monday, nothing new happening here. Besides the super bowl, but I don’t encourage sports around here. So let me find something cute for you all ^.^

Now, I’m sure many of you have seen most of these ‘shopped photos before- but that’s not the point. The point IS that some insane genius was clever enough to make this classic “lullaby” from The Big Bang Theory into an internet meme. Well done, and nice trolling with you, good sir.

Hi guys.. I’ve got some bad news. This post kinda goes with my last one, so read my last one before your read this. So, Instagram. Contest. Pictures. Signing of forms. <— That’s where it gets dirty.

I had to print out some forms and fax them and/or scan and email them to the Instagram team or whateverrr. Nbd, until I had  to have someone from the bank or the town hall WATCH ME sign the forms. It’s hard to explain, I tried my best. And, I had to have the forms in BY February 7th, at 9am. Ummm..  what. Now, I could have been on Brisk cans if the time was adjusted to, say, 5pm. That would have been perfect! I just wish I didn’t have to give it up. What a great opportunity. :[

Sorry guys, there’s no squeeing tonight. I’m too sad and I’m doing this from my friend’s new laptop, and I don’t wanna put a bunch of viruses in it.

Tea Strainer Time.

To begin our post this evening, I wanna talk about Instagram! Yayayayayay!

1. Instragram – that photography app I was talking about a few posts ago. Look it up.

So, about Instagram. They were holding this photo contest for the drink Brisk. Brisk is iced tea, it’s good. You could submit your photos by adding “#briskpic” in your photo’s caption and/or comment. It would immediately go with all the other photos that were submitted. If you had a good photo, they would nominate the photos do be on a Brisk can. Because Instagram and Brisk teamed up and created this awesome contest. Now, it’s just a contest. No money is won, you don’t go on any trips, you just get nominated and *hopefully* be on Brisk cans spread world-wide (well, maybe not world-wide, Idk). So, I submitted a few just for giggles. And today, I was messing with my iPod when I went to my e-mail, and saw that there was one e-mail in there from Instagram! I was soooooooooooooo excited, because I knew what it was. Here is what it said:

“Hi there,

Good news, your Instagram photo tagged with #briskpic is going to be featured on Brisk’s limited edition cans! Before we can make this official, you need to send an email to the Brisk folks at (e-mail address in which you do not need to know) letting them know your Instagram username.
